Delivery, Pickup and Setup

  • Delivery and/ pickup is available for a fee, which is based on the destinations Zip Code. A $100.00 minimum rental is required to qualify for delivery in the immediate area.  Rental minimums for delivery may increase with distance.  ALL deliveries are made to the first floor door ONLY. We do not go up and down stairs. We do not go inside home. Delivery times are not exact. Factors such as traffic and delays with other deliveries may slightly affect your delivery times. Though we try to contact customers in the event of a delay, please plan accordingly. Please consult our staff about special request deliveries or setup upon placing your order. (Example: Backyard, steps, hills, narrow passages.) Set up is not included in delivery charges, for most items, but is available for an additional fee.


Payment Methods

  • Credit Card on file and paid deposit are both required at the time of reservation.

  • We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express.

  • Personal Checks NOT ACCEPTED

  • Final payment must be received by the rental date or credit card will be charged.

Damage Waiver

The Big Little Party guarantees rental equipment is in top working condition but we understand that accidents can happen during an event. The damage waiver is a one-time, non-refundable charge to cover the customer against any accidental damage and avoid extra charges. Vandalism, theft, mysterious disappearance or excessive damage is not covered under the damage waiver. The customer has the right to decline the damage waiver but will be held liable for damages that occur – additional charges may apply.

Loss or Damaged

The customer retains full responsibility for rented equipment from the time of pick-up/delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will apply for missing, broken, burned or heavily damaged items. China, glassware, etc., will be considered broken if returned chipped. We do not rent china or glassware that is chipped; once it is chipped we discard it. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, please notify us at once so that we can promptly replace the item.
